The suite on the 7th floor shows some wear and tear. the doors to the blackboards don’t close properly, and the color mismatch on the walls suggests a lack of attention to detail. furniture cleanliness left me wanting more. not the standard you'd expect for the price.

I was utterly shocked by the so-called "breakfast options". only eggs and fruit? utterly pathetic. even the gym, which i hoped to use was strewn with hair. and let’s not get me started on the hot water situation. it's like no one cares about comfort here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't accept the mediocrity.

The staff's hospitality was top-notch! 💖 We loved that we received connected rooms, making our stay so comfy. The mall next door was super convenient! Only downside was the heavy pollution outside.

My family stayed for 3 nights, and I was blown away by the impeccable service! The infinity pool offered stunning views, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day at the nearby mall. Breakfast was a delightful experience with plenty of options to choose from.

Just a decent option for a transient visit in Jakarta with a reasonable price. The shower had excellent pressure, making for a refreshing experience. Try to check the room carefully for toiletries before settling in.

The hotel provided a wonderful city view, thanks to the strategically placed windows that allowed plenty of natural light. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, catering to our needs with a positive attitude. The gym had great equipment that helped energize my mornings.

the breakfast was delish and had lotsa options, loved the variety! the room was clean n comfy, seriously felt like home. staff were super chill n helpful whenever we needed assistance. i liked that it was quiet, no traffic noise at all, perfect for unwinding. the location is dope since there's a mall right next door, great for shopping.
